The most interesting project in my creative practice, starting with the fact that to implement my idea I used unexpected materials and ending with the fact that I decided here to combine volumetric and flat elements of decoration, creating the atmosphere I needed.
The challenge was to cope with the stage configuration, which lacks technical mechanization. Despite this, we managed to create a rather complex multi-level space, which we covered with foam rubber and fabric, and therefore the actors could lie, tumble, fall and roll on it. A soft surface on which they walked, as if on clouds, and which disappeared from under their feet, as happens when you fall in love. Also, in this performance I used my favorite element, which can often be seen in my performances, this is tree. Here I used a special tree, a tree from Andrei Tarkovsky's film "Ivan's Childhood", as a symbol of human suffering, a burned tree in paradise. The performance is filled with many metaphorical meanings and symbols and, of course, the wonderful existence of the actors, all this works in a single tandem and the performance is played in one breath.
