Every time I work on Chekhov's plays, I feel an incredible responsibility, first of all, because I really love the plays of this author, and also because I always want to express a lot in my work on Anton Pavlovich's plays. In this performance, I came up with an apartment that is visible from all sides, is in constant motion on its own, and people are constantly moving through it, parallel and separate movement occurs. An apartment open to all winds, sometimes expanding the space, sometimes compressing the space into a small room and ultimately pushing three sisters out of their space, forcing them to look for a new home for themselves. In the finale, the sisters remain forced out of their home, on the stairs in front of the audience and faced with a choice of how to live further, where to find their place in the world.
